- I've been on a low fat / low sodium / plant based diet for almost a year now and I feel great. I've never been obese and never been on any medications. I used to be on a high protein / high fat bodybuilder type of diet when I lifted heavy but that burned me out... no energy.

- I've ate at Hooters 3 times. 3 different menu items. The food was just bad. I might go there to have a beer and fries and look at girls with some buddies, but I just can't be drawn back for crappy food at high prices.
